Our system works on "simultaneous logins" not the number of Users (or "bums on seats"). We recognise that many people share log-in details, so we have no limit on the number of individual Users, each with individual log-in details. Advantages of setting up individual Users are: (a) a password re-set only affects their individual log-in; (b) you can delete their access when they leave your employment; (c) only one person retains the "Admin" user log-in and password, which allows access to the account set-up details, invoicing, etc.
In most offices of around 3-4 people who use the system a single login is often enough. If a colleague is already logged in, you will be able to see who it is and you will have the option to kick them off (although you may prefer to cross the office and ask them politely first).
Larger offices with many people trying to access Appeal Finder simultenously may purchase as many "Simultaneous Logins" as they need. For example, a large practice with regional offices might have 5 "Simultaneous Logins" with maybe 30 Users, all with their individual passwords.
One person needs to be the "admin" user, with full access to to invoices and with the ability to add or delete colleagues as Users from the system (necessary when staff leave). The "admin" user is the key contact for the Appeal Finder account and the person who receives emails about the subscription, payment confirmation, annual reminders, etc.
